Polycarbonate sleepers

Poly carbonate walls are becoming more and more popular, due to their aesthetics and speed of installation. At Refresh, we use “ Super Sleeper” and “Tuff Poly” which allows us to complete walls of up to 1.6M with the product (subject to engineering)

Pros

  • Light Weight

  • Lifetime Warranty or product

  • Aesthetically pleasing

Cons

  • A little trickier to engineer

  • Slightly more expensive than other methods

Concrete sleepers

Concrete Sleepers and Tried and True

Pros

  • Able to be engineered to much higher heights

Cons

  • Heavy materials so slower to erect

Concrete block walls

Concrete blocks are fast becoming the most common option where access allows.

Pros

  • Less aggressive footings

  • Quick install

  • Larger machines and access needed
