We are a one stop external maintenance shop of your schools needs.
Please note, we specifically work during school holiday and weekends to limit the disruption on your staff and students.

Programs.
We are here to help as a once off or a long term solution. We have a broad range of programs to suit:
Once off service, this suits schools that have larger internal maintenance teams and need once off specialised work done. Such as Roof Restoration or external building cleans.
Annual service, this suits schools who have a maintenance team who look after the day to day, however they do not have the capacity or equipment for annual building cleans, solar panel cleaning or painting.
Staged service, this suits schools that need large scale work completed, but do not have immediate funds. Such as large schools who needs building cleans and roof restoration plus some Turf laid and drainage. We can set a stage service where we can complete over time when funds are available on a agreed timeline
Limit services, this is a good option for older schools that may need a list of work completed. We can discuss and set a limit of spending each term and can utilise these funds into staged. Ie if the school can set aside $xxxx per term, we then have a list of urgent to non urgent maintenance and we utilise our workforce up to that spending each term and any not utilised caries onto the next term. Meaning we can allow for larger jobs and it not be a once off large cost.

Cleaning
Pressure cleaning of concrete and all hard surface areas (we also offer sealing, see below)
Pressure cleaning or softwashing of all building types, full building from gutters down to the ground
Pressure cleaning or softwashing of all roof types. (we also offer restoration, see below)
Window cleaning (external) using a DI window cleaning system. This leaves a spot and streak free finish
Some internal cleaning, such as hard to reach surfaces and large fans
Painting
We complete all levels of external painting including but not limited to

Roofing, guttering and Restoration
Full roof restorations including re-screwing and painting corrugated and or pointing and painting concrete
Full re roofs of building, new roof to replace old and worn (we do corrugated roofs only)

All levels of gutter protection (Gutter guard)
Sealing/Coating
We can clean and apply concrete sealant to help keep the concrete cleaner for longer
We can paint and epoxy concrete
Landscaping
We can re do or create full landscape designs
We can excavate for concrete pads, retaining walls ect
We can prep and lay turf
We can prep and lay artificial turf

This is a non exhaustive list of trades we have available to help assist with your requirements (Please note, our trades are utilised with larger jobs. Ie we do not do once off small items such as painting one wall or small electrical issues. )
